About Hall of Football

Welcome to the Hall of Football, a place where we follow and evaluate the top football players from when they start playing in high school until they make it to the prestigious Pro Football Hall of Fame. This community is not just for players, but also for aspiring journalists, photographers, videographers, and anyone looking to get involved in football.

Our parent company, The Sports Xchange, and NFLDraftScout.com helped launch the careers of well-known figures like Kevin Demoff (Rams executive), Jay Glazer (NFL insider, FOX), Dane Brugler (Sr. Draft Analyst, The Athletic), Chad Reuter (Sr. Draft Analyst, NFL.com), Rob Rang (Draft Analyst, FOX and CFL Scout), and many others in the online, broadcast, and football industries.

For publisher Frank Cooney, this is the natural progression of his football coverage since 1965, including being one of the first to cover the NFL Draft in 1967. He founded NFLDraftScout.com in 1987, which is now part of HallofFootball.com. Frank Cooney was also on the launch team for NFL on FOX and played a key role in creating the rating system for Madden Football and NCAA video games.

The Hall of Football has two main goals:

  1. To keep track of the best players from high school to retirement and beyond.
  2. To provide real-time player ratings at every level throughout each season.

Our overriding purpose is to create a thriving community that encourages participation and interaction among football players and enthusiasts from high school to Hall of Fame veterans. The Hall of Football is for all of football and will track the best of the best throughout their careers. If you want to be involved as player or contributor, please contact us at info@HallofFootball.com.
