Anthony was a three-year letterman and starter for head coach Keith Donerson
played quarterback, wide receiver and free safety during his prep career
as a senior he passed for 680 yards and 12 touchdowns, and added another 385 yards on the ground
on defense he had 44 tackles and three fumble recoveries
intercepted four passes in one prep game
also returned punts and kickoffs
SuperPrep Magazine Western All-Region selection after his senior year
Long Beach Press Telegram first team defense, member of its Dream Team and earned honorable mention on its Best in the West list
Los Angeles Times all-area and All-CIF (Division III)
PacWestFootball.com ranked him the 14th best receiver on the West Coast
played quarterback in the annual East-West 605 All-Star game
caught 36 passes for 786 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior
selected All-San Gabriel League following his junior year.
