Michigan football 2024 recruiting class: See all of the Wolverines’ commits
Published Jun. 06, 2023, 11:34 a.m. By Ryan Zuke | Michigan’s football program is buzzing on the recruiting trail in the 2024 class and is looking to continue that momentum into the pivotal month of June when schools can host prospects on official visits. The Wolverines currently own the second-ranked class in the country with 17 commitments, which is tied for the second-most nationally. There is still six months until early signing day, but here’s a look at Michigan’s 2024 class so far, with commitment dates, bios, links and highlight videos for the prospects. Four-star linebacker Mason Curtis Commitment date: June 27, 2022 School: Nashville (Tenn.) Ensworth Size: 6-foot-4, 200 pounds. 247Sports Composite ranking: No. 20 LB, No. 217 overall Other notable offers: Michigan State, Mississippi State, Kentucky, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee More: The Wolverines offered Curtis in April 2022, and he committed just a couple of months later. He is listed as a linebacker but could potentially play edge in Ann Arbor. Three-star defensive lineman Manuel Beigel Commitment date: July 17, 2022 School: Wallingford (Conn.) Choate Rosemary Hall Size: 6-foot-4, 282 pounds. 247Sports Composite ranking: No. 69 DL, No. 709 overall Other notable offers: Georgia, Penn State, Texas A&M More: Beigel was a relative unknown when he committed last summer but has since blown up on the recruiting trail, picking up offers from powers such as Georgia and Texas A&M. Four-star tight end Hogan Hansen Commitment date: Dec. 8, 2022 School: Bellevue (Wash.)
