2022 (Grad student): Appeared in all 14 games as the team's placekicker and kickoff specialist; converted a single-season record 29 field goals (of 35) including 10 conversions from 40-plus yards, adding 60-of-60 PATs with 66 touchbacks on 102 kickoffs and three tackles (one solo) to earn his fifth varsity letter…Second-team All-American by the Walter Camp Football Foundation, AP, and AFCA…All-Big Ten selection (consensus first team)...Lou Groza Award Finalist…Named the team's Specialist of the Year…William V. 2020 (jr):Appeared in all six games, handling kickoffs in every game and field goal duties in two games; netted 14 touchbacks on 29 kickoffs with a 57.3 yard average and went 1-of-4 on field goal tries to earn his third varsity letter…Academic All-Big Ten honoree…Handled kickoffs and field goals at Minnesota (Oct. 24) but went 0-for-3 kicking…Handled kickoffs at Indiana (Nov. 7), at Rutgers (Nov. 21), against Michigan State (Oct. 31), Wisconsin (Nov. 14)...Connected on a 40-yard try against Penn State (Nov. 28) and also hit two PATs while handling his usual kickoff duties
